Replacement
If there is an error with your prescription purchase caused by XalMeds, we will gladly replace your order at no additional cost. We will also replace delivered order the reason of which at the buyer's fault subject to returned items compliance evaluation and inspection for any tampering, adulterations and mishandling which may affect the quality and efficacy of the returned medicines subject to additional handling cost.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package or who will pick up your package.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
For return request with XalMeds at fault, customers will be automatically replaced with the correct items or at customers option refunded on the original payment method or credit to wallet at your option. Please remember it can take some time for bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too if payment option is card or online banking.
However, in cases of accepted returns for orders with customers at fault it will not be subjected for refund but purchase wallet credit for item repurchase within our online stores subject to additional delivery or shipping charges as may apply.
