Payments

XalMeds form of payment is through Cash On Delivery (COD) and Xendit for Credit/Debit cards, E-Wallet like GCash, Paymaya and GrabPay and Direct Online Banking (Unionbank, BDO, BPI), over the counter payments in 7Eleven and others and Pay Later: BillEase (subject to separate enrollment procedure).

If you choose Xendit as payment mode you will be automatically charge once you complete the checkout and submit your order.

For direct online or OTC bank transfer and deposit in lieu of COD, proof of payment must be sent by email, chat, text, FB messenger, or Viber and upon validation of real time payment only then can the order be processed and delivered on the mode of delivery selected.

We use a third-party payment vendor ("Third-Party Payment Vendor") to process your payment. You warrant and represent that you are the valid owner or an authorized user, of the credit card or other payment card and E-wallet to such Third-Party Payment Vendor, and that all information you provide is accurate.

Your right to use the Website is conditional upon our receipt of payment of all fees owed to XalMeds, including Product Purchases, etc. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or if a charge is refunded for any reason, we reserve the right to immediately either suspend or terminate your access and account, thereby terminating this agreement and all our obligations hereunder. We reserve the right to change any of the fees that we charge, or to institute new or additional fees, at any time upon notice to you.

Shipping

XalMeds offer free shipping locally within 24-48 hours in covered areas as stipulated in the shipping options for a minimum purchase of P200.00 amount minimum subject to change as needed without further notice as will be reflected in the cart alert. 

Regular Shipping nationwide will be done by our courier partner LBC and Flash Express depending on covered areas which reaches customers in 1-5 days on average depending on distance from pick up point Cebu or Manila. Shipping fee charges depend on order amount which comes free at orders above 548.00 calculated after any discount.

For prompt and quick delivery needs in less than an hour or two, a fixed service fee maybe charge as prompt service fee either by our platform or through third party delivery partners especially for COD orders.

Deliveries will be fulfilled by XalMeds in house delivery personnel locally and by 3rd party agents. 

For COD orders, delivery personnel or 3rd party agents are the designated person to collect the cash payment. It is expected that exact amount are prepared by customer upon delivery.

Actual delivery timeline may vary influenced by weather, traffic, holidays and workflow factors especially in servicing fellow customer needs and availability of riders.

For any delivery delays, XalMeds and it’s manufacturer/suppliers shall not be held liable for any damages unless it is product related.
